86 Today

 We didn't have a lot of mail today as far as studies but ended up mailing out 86 Bibles. Not bad for a morning's work. Vonnie had us wrapping Bibles and folding enough 1-4's with the cover letters to stuff with the Bibles and with all of us working we were done in record time. Below Bill is working on the computer.

At 9:30 am we stopped for prayer then Skip read a letter.

We really do enjoy working together even if there is not as much work as usual. Praying next Tuesday we will be swamped.

Office Blessing

 Skip arrived at 8:00 am and had the computers on and the coffee made by the time I arrived with the mail.  Chuck also came early and Kathy arrived a few minutes after Chuck. Bruce, Leila, Shirl, Marvin, Bill and Shirley arrived pretty quickly after that. Everyone went right to work.

Bill gave us an update then Skip shared.

We had an easy morning and easily had everything done in time to enjoy pie and coffee together. What a blessing this office is.

Staying Late to Finish

 I walked in the Berean office door right at 9:00 am and of course everyone was there waiting. We really enjoyed working together today and got a lot done. Skip took the picture below. He was supposed to be taking selfi with the rest of us in it and we all laughed when that didn't happen.

That meant we needed a picture of him.

We had a few problems, the printer wouldn't work at first but Bill was able to get it working again. Not pictured in those photo's is Bill but he is in the video below.

Bill needed to have 200 packets of 1 through 4 with the letter and outline made up for the 200 Bibles he was sending to Iowa so we stayed late to finish those. Besides the 200 Bibles sent to Iowa we filled 22 Bible requests and processed about 50 studies. We are very thankful for everything that was accomplished today.

Dozen Delicious Donuts Donated

 We had another fun morning at the Berean office and yet even though we were having fun working together we still got lots accomplished.

Ruth, Fedi and Mom came extra today and they were all  put right to work.

I left with Skip to pick up the truck then came back to grab the Bible studies and the left over sweets served today.  We had someone donate a dozen delicious donuts and think it just may have been Wayne and Lukie. A special thanks to them. They really were delicious and we really did enjoy them.

A VERY Good Morning's Work

 We had an awesome morning at the Berean office. Mom was able to come for the first time since her stroke last September.  Kathy took the picture below as she was entering the work room.

We ended up sending out 84 Bibles by the time we finished.  Sending out Bibles is getting a lot harder than it use to be. Marvin explained it to us today and that is in the video below.

There was much to do and we were thrilled to have mom back helping since her stroke.

At 11:30 am we took a break and enjoyed a wonderful Rhubarb dessert made by Gail and brought in by Marvin.  Some had to leave and some went back to work after that. We had A VERY good morning's work.

Prayers Requested

 We had a decent amount of mail this morning but were so efficient that we were able to finish by 11:00 am.  I only remembered to pull out the camera as we were getting ready to leave. Below are just 4 of the volunteers that came today.  There were 5 others not pictured as they had already left the office. 

We had to quit about then as the electricity went out and didn't come back on.  We had a good time working together. Some interesting letters came in today and we had 22 Bible requests.  Please remember to pray for Bill and his wife Joan. They both have to be at Mayo Clinic tomorrow to figure out what is the next step.

Thankful

 We had another good morning at the Berean office getting everything done that needed to be done. Below Justin and Shirley are working on studies.

Bill is in the other room working.

Marvin was on the computer, Kathy and Dave were reading letters while Shirley and Justin worked on studies.

Vonnie organizes the filling of envelopes and also filling boxes. We would be lost without her.  Marvin does all the copying of lessons. Shirley does all the intermediate. 

Skip and Bill were discussing the postage machine. Both of these run that machine when Bruce isn't here. We were short a few volunteers today.

Kathy brought in a wonderful mint dessert. After finishing everyone enjoyed that delicious dish with a cup of coffee before heading out. The Bibles were dropped off at the Hanna City post office just after noon.  We are very thankful for everything that happens in this office.
